Poulet aux Abricots (Apricot Chicken)
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 onion, sliced
- 150g dried apricots
- 150mL white wine
- 100mL chicken stock
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, thyme
Instructions:
- In a pan, brown chicken in olive oil and set aside. Sauté onions until soft.
