Els Vinyerons Vins Naturals Lluerna Blanc is a natural, minimal-intervention white made entirely from Xarel-lo, one of the flagship native grapes of Penedès in Catalonia.

Els Vinyerons Vins Naturals is the collaborative project of Alex Ruiz Masach, whose family has deep roots in Cava production, and winemaker Amós Bañeres. Working organically farmed vineyards in Penedès, one of Spain's most dynamic wine regions and the traditional home of Cava, the pair make their wines with native yeasts and as little intervention as possible, with no added sulphites and minimal fining or filtration, letting the grape variety and site speak for themselves. Xarel-lo, long used mainly as a base for sparkling wine, is increasingly being bottled as a still wine in Penedès, showing a textural, saline character distinct from the region's Cava.

A vibrant, honest expression of natural winemaking in Penedès, it suits seafood, tapas and relaxed Mediterranean-style dining.
