Famille Perrin Arc du Soleil Sable de Camargue Rosé 2024

Famille Perrin Arc du Soleil Sable de Camargue Rosé is a dry rosé from the sandy Mediterranean coast of southern France, made from Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir and Ugni Blanc.

The Perrin family, owners of Château de Beaucastel, make this wine in the Sable de Camargue appellation, where vines grow close to sea level on sandy alluvial soils with a high salt content. Sea breezes moderate the summer heat and allow the grapes to ripen gradually. In 2024 the harvest was carried out mostly at night, and the grapes were pressed directly and fermented at low temperature to keep the wine fresh and aromatic.

Serve at 8 to 10 degrees with grilled sea bass and fennel, pork chops with thyme, fresh cheeses or a watermelon and mint salad.
