Fat Bastard Shiraz 2025

Fat Bastard Shiraz is made from South Australian fruit, in a label that started in the Languedoc.

South Australia's warm regions ripen Shiraz fully and give the dark, generous style the country is known for. The brand began with a Chardonnay barrel in southern France in the 1990s and has since worked with fruit from several countries under the same name. The wine is matured briefly in oak and bottled for early drinking.

Serve at 16 degrees with barbecued meats, pizza or a rich pasta. Drink within four years.
