Description

Frogmore Creek Sparkling is a traditional-method wine from Tasmania's Coal River Valley.

Tasmania produces the best sparkling base in Australia for one reason: the fruit ripens at low sugar with very high acidity, which is exactly what the method needs. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and rests on lees before disgorgement, in the Champagne manner.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters and fried food. Drink on release.
