Giant Steps Yarra Valley Rosé is made from Pinot Noir picked specifically for the style.

A rosé made from dedicated fruit rather than bled off a red ferment is picked earlier and at lower sugar, which gives a paler, drier and more savoury wine. Pinot Noir is the Yarra's most planted red variety and suits the purpose well in a cool season. The fruit is pressed straight to tank or barrel, fermented cool with wild yeast and bottled early.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years of the vintage.
