Gómez Cruzado Reserva Viña Dorana 2018

Gómez Cruzado Viña Dorana is a Rioja Reserva from the cooler Rioja Alta.

A Reserva must spend at least three years ageing before release, one of them in oak, though most producers exceed that. Rioja Alta sits at the western, higher end of the region, where the Atlantic influence gives wines more acidity and finer structure than the warmer east. The house is based in the station district of Haro, among the oldest cellars in Rioja.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, game or aged cheese. It develops over fifteen years.
