Grosset Pinot Noir 2024

Grosset Pinot Noir is grown in the Adelaide Hills, on the cooler elevated sites east of the city.

Pinot Noir needs a long, mild season, and the Hills provide it at altitude where nights are cold and the harvest comes late. Grosset has made Pinot Noir since the winery's earliest vintages, treating it as a wine of restraint rather than extraction. The fruit is hand-picked and fermented with a proportion of whole bunches using wild yeast, then matured in French oak with little new wood.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, pork or a mushroom risotto. Drink over the next eight years.
