Description

Hesketh Regional Selections Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris comes from the cool elevated country east of Adelaide.

The Adelaide Hills sit several hundred metres above the plains, with higher rainfall and cooler nights, which gives Pinot Gris the acidity to carry its texture rather than turning broad. Hesketh's Regional Selections range is built on choosing the right district for each variety. The wine is fermented cool with a portion given lees contact for weight.

Serve at 10 degrees with pork, roast chicken or a soft cheese. Drink within three years.
