Description

In Dreams Chardonnay comes from the Yarra Valley, east of Melbourne.

The Yarra is one of Australia's coolest mainland regions and has been the country's reference point for Chardonnay since the 1980s, with a long, slow ripening season that keeps acidity intact. The wine is fermented with a portion in barrel and matured on lees, in a restrained style rather than a rich one.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a soft cheese. Drink over the next five years.
