In Dreams Pinot Noir 2024

In Dreams Pinot Noir is grown in the cool Yarra Valley.

Pinot Noir was among the first varieties planted when viticulture returned to the Yarra in the 1960s and 70s, and the valley's spread of altitudes, from the warm floor to high ground at Gladysdale, gives the variety a range of ripeness to draw on. Fermentation includes a portion of whole bunches, with French oak and little new wood.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next six years.
