La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 375ml 2023

La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is grown on the fog-cooled hills between the Pacific and the Sonoma valleys.

Pinot Noir needs a long, cool season, and the Sonoma Coast provides it through marine fog that settles over the vineyards each morning and burns off late. La Crema has worked these sites since 1979, when cool-climate California Pinot Noir was still an unproven idea. The fruit is fermented in small lots and matured in French oak, with new wood kept in proportion.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next six years.
