La Linea Tempranillo Sureño 2022

La Linea Tempranillo Sureño is a fuller expression of the variety from the Adelaide Hills.

Sureño means southerner in Spanish. Where the standard bottling is made for earlier drinking, this comes from selected parcels and spends longer in oak, giving a wine with more structure and the capacity to age. The Adelaide Hills' cool nights keep the acidity in place through that extra time.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, beef or hard cheese. It develops over a decade.
