Lokoya Diamond Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Lokoya Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the northern end of the Mayacamas range.

Diamond Mountain takes its name from the glittering volcanic fragments in its soil, the remains of ancient eruptions, which drain sharply and keep yields low. The appellation sits above the fog line at Napa's north-western corner and produces some of the valley's most structured Cabernet. Lokoya makes mountain Cabernet exclusively, from four separate appellations.

Decant well ahead and serve at 17 degrees with aged beef, lamb or venison. It rewards twenty-five years.
