Louis Jadot Rully 2022

Louis Jadot Rully is a white Burgundy from the Côte Chalonnaise, south of the Côte de Beaune.

Rully sits at the northern end of the Côte Chalonnaise on limestone slopes, and its Chardonnay gives the shape of a Côte de Beaune white without the price. The village was also historically the centre of Crémant de Bourgogne production. Jadot ferments in barrel, using mostly older oak, and matures the wine on lees.

Serve at 11 degrees with fish, roast chicken or a gruyère tart. Drink over the next six years.
