Description

Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs in magnum, a vintage Chardonnay Champagne from the house's Côte des Blancs parcels.

Chardonnay from the chalk of the Côte des Blancs gives Champagne its finest and longest-lived expression, and Roederer's holdings there are farmed biodynamically. Magnums age more slowly than bottles, with proportionally less oxygen in the neck, which is why serious collectors favour them. The wine is released only in declared vintages after extended time on lees.

Serve at 10 degrees with shellfish, turbot or a mature comté. A magnum serves twelve and rewards twenty years.
