Louis Roederer Vintage Rosé Graphic Gift Boxed 375ml 2018

Louis Roederer Vintage Rosé is a declared-vintage rosé Champagne built on estate Pinot Noir.

Roederer makes its rosé by infusion, macerating Pinot Noir briefly before pressing rather than blending in still red wine, which is unusual among the large houses and gives a paler, more delicate colour. The fruit comes from the house's own biodynamically farmed vineyards. The wine is released only in declared vintages after years on lees.

Serve at 10 degrees with salmon, duck or summer berries. It develops over twelve years.
