Description

Mojo Prosecco is an Australian sparkling made from Glera, the grape behind Italian Prosecco.

Glera was planted in Australia from the late 1990s, principally in Victoria's King Valley, and is made the same way as in the Veneto: a second fermentation in pressurised tank rather than bottle, which keeps the wine floral and fresh. European rules now reserve the Prosecco name for Italy, a point Australian growers continue to contest.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif or with antipasti. Drink young.
