Description

Moores Hill Blanc de Blancs is a traditional-method Tasmanian sparkling made entirely from Chardonnay.

Tasmania produces the best sparkling base in Australia because its fruit ripens at low sugar with very high acidity, exactly what bottle fermentation needs. Moores Hill is in the Tamar Valley in the island's north and was the first fully solar-powered winery in Australia. A blanc de blancs uses white grapes alone.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters and fried food. Drink on release.
