Description

Motley Cru Shiraz comes from central Victoria, where the variety takes a savoury turn.

Central Victoria's continental climate, with hot days and cold nights, gives Shiraz pepper and structure rather than the sweetness of warmer regions. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and matured briefly in oak for early drinking.

Serve at 16 degrees with barbecued meats, lamb or a rich pasta. Drink within five years.
