Mountadam 550 Chardonnay 2025

Mountadam 550 Chardonnay takes its name from the altitude of the estate vineyards on High Eden.

At 550 metres, Mountadam sits among the highest vineyards in South Australia, on the ridge above the Eden Valley, where the growing season runs cool and late. David Wynn planted here in 1972, ripping the rocky ground so vines could take hold, and his son Adam gave the estate its name. Chardonnay has been its signature since. The wine is fermented in French oak and matured on lees.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a soft cheese. Drink over the next six years.
