Mountadam Eden Valley Pinot Gris comes from the estate's high-altitude organic vineyards.

The cool nights on the High Eden ridge let Pinot Gris hold its acidity while developing the pear and spice character that gives the variety its texture. Mountadam has been planted here since 1972 and farms organically across the property. The wine is whole-bunch pressed and fermented cool, with lees contact for weight.

Serve at 10 degrees with pork, roast chicken or a soft cheese. Drink within four years.
