    Description

    Murdoch Hill Sauvignon Blanc is grown at Oakbank in the Adelaide Hills.

    Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc sits between the Loire and Marlborough in style, with citrus and herb rather than tropical fruit, a product of altitude and cloud cover during ripening. The Downer family has farmed here since 1998. The fruit is pressed gently and fermented cool, with a small portion given lees contact for texture.

    Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or asparagus. Drink within three years.
