Description

Nanny Goat Single Vineyard Bendigo Pinot Noir comes from the warmest sub-region of Central Otago.

Bendigo sits on north-facing schist slopes above the Cromwell basin and is the hottest part of Central Otago, which gives Pinot Noir darker fruit and more power than the cooler sites at Gibbston. The single-vineyard range keeps each site separate. Fruit is hand-picked, fermented with whole bunches and matured in French oak.

Decant lightly and serve at 15 degrees with duck, venison or game. It rewards ten years.
