Description

Nick O'Leary Flying Fox Riesling comes from a single Canberra District vineyard.

Canberra's altitude and cold nights give Riesling intense lime and floral character with high natural acidity, a style closer to Clare than to anywhere else. Nick O'Leary works several vineyards in the district separately, this one among them. The fruit is pressed gently, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled dry without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with oysters, sashimi or a green salad. It will age for a decade.
