Description

Nick O'Leary Heywood Riesling is a single-vineyard dry white from the Canberra District.

The Heywood vineyard sits in the hills around Murrumbateman at around 600 metres, where the growing season is cool and the nights cold even in summer. Bottling vineyards separately shows how much the site changes a variety as transparent as Riesling. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or Asian food. It develops over a decade.
