Pol Roger Brut Réserve Non Vintage Gift Box is the Épernay house's signature champagne, presented in its own gift carton.

Pol Roger was established in 1849 and is one of the few significant champagne houses still owned and run by the founding family. Brut Réserve is built from roughly equal proportions of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, assembled from around thirty crus and given depth by reserve wines from previous years. It spends several years on its lees, well past the legal minimum, in cellars cut some thirty metres into the chalk below Épernay, which are unusually cold even by the standards of the region. The house still riddles every bottle by hand, at a time when almost every other producer has handed the job to machines. Churchill's lifelong attachment to Pol Roger is well documented and made the reputation of the house in Britain.

Serve at 8 to 10 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters, fried whitebait or a plate of good charcuterie.
