Quartz Reef Single Ferment Pinot Noir comes from one fermenter of Bendigo estate fruit.

Making a wine from a single fermentation vessel, rather than blending across many, is a deliberate limit: whatever that one ferment gives is what goes into bottle. The fruit comes from the biodynamic Bendigo estate in Central Otago, planted on north-facing schist terraces above the Cromwell basin.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, venison or truffle dishes. It rewards a decade.
