Description

Red Claw Chardonnay is Yabby Lake's second label, drawn from Mornington Peninsula fruit.

The Peninsula's cool maritime conditions let Chardonnay ripen slowly and hold its acidity, and the Red Claw range is made for drinking young rather than cellaring, with less new oak than the estate wines. The group's vineyards sit at Tuerong in the northern Peninsula.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a creamy pasta. Drink within four years.
