Rêverie Chardonnay 2024

Rêverie Chardonnay comes from the south of France, outside the appellation system.

Regional designations like the Pays d'Oc and Comté Tolosan were created so growers in southern France could label by variety rather than appellation, which opened the market for French varietal wine. Chardonnay planted in cooler, higher pockets inland keeps enough acidity to stay fresh. The wine is made without significant oak.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a soft cheese. Drink within three years.
