Description

Robert Stein Reserve Riesling is the top tier of the variety the family is best known for at Mudgee.

Riesling has been central to Robert Stein since the beginning, partly through family history: Johann Stein brought vine cuttings from the Rhine to New South Wales in 1838. The Reserve comes from the best blocks on the Mudgee property, picked early and made without oak so the fruit and acid carry the wine.

Serve at 8 degrees with oysters, sashimi or a citrus-dressed salad. It will age for a decade.
