Santa Cristina Giardino Rosé Toscana IGT 2024

Santa Cristina Giardino Rosé Toscana IGT is a dry Tuscan rosé from the everyday range of the Antinori family.

Santa Cristina began as a single Antinori property in the Chianti hills and has since grown into the family's approachable range, sold widely across Italy and abroad. This rosé is bottled as Toscana IGT, the broad regional category that allows a producer to blend across the whole of Tuscany and across grape varieties, in this case Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The colour comes from brief contact between juice and skins before pressing, after which fermentation takes place cool in stainless steel and the wine is bottled young. The Antinori have been in the wine trade in Florence since 1385. Rosato has a long history in Tuscany, traditionally made by drawing juice off red fermentations early.

Serve well chilled with antipasti, salads, seafood or lighter pasta dishes, and drink it while it is young.
