Scalzi Riesling 2025

Scalzi Riesling is a dry white from South Australia.

South Australia is the home of Australian Riesling, a style quite different from the German original: dry, lime-scented and high in natural acidity. The best examples come from the cooler, elevated parts of the state, where cold nights preserve freshness in the fruit. The wines are bottled young under screwcap and can be enjoyed on release or aged.

It suits oysters, grilled fish, salads and lightly spiced Asian dishes; serve well chilled.
