Shaw + Smith Pinot Noir 2025

Shaw + Smith Pinot Noir is grown on the winery's cool, high vineyards in the Adelaide Hills.

The Hills rise east of Adelaide and their altitude, rainfall and cloud cover make them one of the few parts of South Australia where Pinot Noir works. Shaw + Smith draws on its Lenswood and Balhannah plantings for this wine. Fruit is hand-picked and fermented with a share of whole bunches using wild yeast, then matured in French oak with little new wood.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, mushroom dishes or roast pork. Drink over the next eight years.
