Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon comes from mountain blocks on the Alexander Mountain Estate in Sonoma.

Cabernet on the Mayacamas slopes above the Alexander Valley ripens on thin, rocky soils under full sun, with cold nights that preserve acidity, giving a firmer and more mineral wine than the valley floor below. The estate runs from a hundred metres up to eight hundred. Fermentation is block by block, with maturation in French oak.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, lamb or game. It develops over fifteen years.
