Description

Stonier KBS Chardonnay is a single-vineyard wine from the Mornington Peninsula.

The KBS vineyard is one of the sites Stonier bottles separately, alongside Hillcrest, as part of its reserve range. Chardonnay on the Peninsula keeps a citrus line through ripening thanks to the cool maritime conditions. The wine is barrel-fermented with wild yeast and matured on lees, with new oak used sparingly.

Serve at 12 degrees with crab, roast chicken or a soft cheese. It develops over eight years.
