Description

The Other Wine Co. Pinot Gris is a dry white from the Adelaide Hills.

The Hills' altitude and cloud cover slow ripening and keep acidity in place, which gives Pinot Gris the structure to finish dry rather than broad. The label exists to work beyond the varieties and regions of its parent estate.

Serve at 10 degrees with pork, roast chicken or a soft cheese. Drink within three years.
