Description

The Other Wine Co. Sangiovese is grown in the Mount Lofty Ranges of South Australia.

Sangiovese gives sour cherry fruit, firm acidity and a savoury finish, and needs a long season to ripen its tannins, which altitude in the Mount Lofty Ranges provides. It is made in a fresh, early-drinking style with seasoned oak rather than new barrels.

Serve slightly cool at 16 degrees with pasta, grilled meats or pizza. Drink within five years.
