Two Hands Max's Garden Shiraz 2021

Two Hands Max's Garden is a Shiraz in the Garden Series, drawn from South Australian fruit.

The Garden Series takes Shiraz from different regions and makes each the same way, so that what separates them is the place rather than the cellar. Two Hands was founded in 1999 by Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz and built its name on exactly this kind of sourcing. The wine is fermented in small open vessels and matured in French oak.

Serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, lamb or a rich stew. Drink over the next ten years.
