Two Hands The Boy Riesling 2025

Two Hands The Boy is a dry Riesling from Eden Valley fruit, a rare white in the winery's range.

The Eden Valley sits on the ranges above the Barossa, several hundred metres higher, and its cold nights and ancient quartz soils make it one of Australia's two benchmark Riesling regions. Two Hands, otherwise a red-wine house, makes this as a single white. The fruit is pressed gently, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled dry without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or Asian food. It will develop for a decade.
