Description

Tyrrell's Special Release Pinot Gris comes from the Central Ranges of New South Wales.

The Central Ranges zone covers Mudgee, Orange and Cowra, west of the Great Dividing Range, where altitude gives cooler nights than the Hunter and suits white varieties that need to hold acidity. Pinot Gris picked early keeps the crisp, pear-scented style. The wine is fermented cool without oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with pork, roast chicken or a soft cheese. Drink within three years.
