Tyrrell's Wines Stevens Hunter Valley Semillon 2021

Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon comes from a single Hunter Valley vineyard on the sandy flats at Pokolbin.

The Stevens vineyard is one of the named sites Tyrrell's bottles individually, and it sits on the deep sand that gives Hunter Semillon its precision and long life. The wine is picked early at low sugar, whole-bunch pressed, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled without oak, which is all the style requires.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, fish or a lemon-dressed salad. It will develop for fifteen years.
