Description

Val d'Oca Prosecco Brut Rosé DOC is a vintage-dated pink Prosecco from the Veneto, made by the growers' cooperative of Valdobbiadene.

Prosecco Rosé has only been permitted under the DOC rules since 2020. It must be made from Glera with a small proportion of Pinot Nero, which gives the colour, and it must carry a vintage. Val d'Oca is the label of the Cantina Produttori di Valdobbiadene, a cooperative founded in 1952 whose member growers farm vineyards across the Prosecco hills. The Brut style is the drier end of the Prosecco range.

Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with seafood, cured meats and light pasta dishes.
