Description

Yabby Lake Single Vineyard Cuvée Nina is a vintage traditional-method sparkling from the estate at Tuerong.

A vintage sparkling comes from a single harvest rather than a blend across years, and spends longer on lees before disgorgement, which builds the bready complexity the method is prized for. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are both grown on the estate's north-facing slope on the Mornington Peninsula. The vineyard was planted in 1998.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, roast chicken or a hard cheese. Drink over the next six years.
