Yangarra Estate Circle Grenache Blanc 2025

Yangarra Estate Circle Grenache Blanc is a dry white from a variety rarely bottled on its own in Australia.

Grenache Blanc is a southern French white that holds acidity and gives texture rather than overt aroma, which suits the warm, dry conditions at Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale. Yangarra planted it as part of its shift to Rhône varieties under the late Peter Fraser, and farms the vineyards biodynamically. The wine is fermented with native yeast, often with time in ceramic eggs, and sees no new oak.

Serve at 11 degrees with roast fish, chicken or a herbed salad. Drink over the next five years.
