Description

Zero Hour Non-Alc Prosecco is a de-alcoholised sparkling wine made to drink like Prosecco.

De-alcoholised wine is fermented normally and then has the alcohol removed, usually by spinning cone or vacuum distillation at low temperature, which keeps more aroma than heating it off. What is lost is body, so the better examples replace it with carbonation and a touch of residual sugar. Zero Hour is produced in New South Wales and finished dry enough to use as an aperitif rather than a soft drink.

Serve very cold at 5 to 6 degrees in a wine glass, with antipasti, fried food or on its own.
