Description

42 Degrees South Sparkling Rosé is a traditional-method pink sparkling from Tasmania.

A sparkling rosé takes its colour either from brief skin contact or from a portion of still red wine blended in before the second fermentation. Tasmania's Coal River Valley provides the high-acid Pinot Noir and Chardonnay the style depends on. The wine is bottle-fermented and rested on lees before disgorgement.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with salmon, charcuterie or berries. Drink on release.
