Description

Ahi Kā Blackmore Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a precise, single-site Marlborough white with more restraint than most.

Behind the label sits a partnership between winemaker Matt Thomson and foundation grower John Blackmore, whose family has worked the flats at Dillons Point across generations with a regenerative outlook. Fruit from that one block is fermented in tank and left on lees to build texture.

Passionfruit, lime and gooseberry carry a stony, delicate edge and a dry, persistent finish. Serve it properly cold at around 8°C with oysters, whitebait fritters or fresh goat's cheese.
