Description

AIX Dry Rosé in the 3L format is a pale, dry Provence rosé built for a crowd.

Maison Saint Aix sits on a single estate on the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence plateau, at around 400 metres, where cool nights hold the acidity in the fruit. Grenache leads the blend with Cinsault and Syrah, pressed whole-bunch and fermented cool in stainless steel so the wine keeps its pale colour and its lift.

Serve at 8 degrees with grilled fish, salade niçoise or a long lunch. Drink now.
