Albino Rocca Moscato d'Asti 2025

Albino Rocca Moscato d'Asti is a lightly sparkling sweet white from Piedmont, Italy, made from Moscato Bianco.

Moscato d'Asti is made by chilling the fermentation and stopping it while sugar is still in the wine, which leaves low alcohol, gentle sweetness and a soft fizz rather than the full pressure of a sparkling wine. Albino Rocca is a Barbaresco house that makes it alongside its reds.

Expect grape, peach and orange blossom aromatics, light sweetness and a frothy, short finish that does not weigh anything down. Serve very cold at 6 to 8 degrees with fruit tarts, panettone, stone fruit, or on its own.
